It’s Give-Away Time!

A HUGE thank you to everyone that is donating to the prize pool here at Pretty Little Loser. The Mary Kay goodies come to us from one of my local friends. *Waves at Amber* She donated three sets of bath goodies from Mary Kay and I can’t wait to send them out to three of you! I’ve never done a give-away before, so this is excitin’  ;-) Also, I might add that being married to a software developing ninja is quite handy indeed.

My arms have not been doing so well. :( I don’t feel like they are getting “Frightfully fabulous” I’m so weak in my arms for the most part. I can tell a tiny bit of the jiggly jiggly is gone but thats all. I don’t think they’ve gotten any smaller.. I hope the next challenges shape my body up even more!

Why does change have to be so…..stinking…..S…L…O…W… My arms are that way too. I figure all these moves MUST be helping, and I’m definitely getting stronger, but I can see a difference yet. I think I’ll have to keep these workouts up after the challenge is over!

  2. Billie Rhodes says:

I have been doing fairly well with this challenge. I workout my arms 5 days a week and rest on the weekend. I have added more exercises and have been able to increase the weight I use on exercises I have been doing. I measured my arms last week… 14 inches. Can’t wait to see the end of the month results!

  3. Justine says:

I have been doing well with my arms. I have experienced a few sore days from adding new arm exercises. I can’t wait to check out my “guns” at the end of this month.

  4. Naomi says:

I’ve been doing better than I thought. Was able to go up weights during work-outs at the gym already and it’s only 2nd week of October!!

  5. Tabatha says:

I started late (just yesterday!) but I did pushups yesterday and this morning my shoulders are sore! Thanks for challening us!

  6. Wonder S. says:

My arms are way weaker than what I thought, been making sure to rest them plenty so that I don’t hurt myself. I feel like I am making progress though!

  7. Deirdre Salemme says:

Doing pretty good! Heading down to sunny Fla right now to show the arms off (even tho they aren’t quite fabulous yet!)

  8. Maggie B says:

So far I’m doing pretty good! I have consistently worked my arms 3-4 times per week this month, and I’m running almost everyday, gotta give myself a rest day or two a week. I’m seeing results in my arms, but that pesky layer of cushion around them has got. to. go.!!!

  9. Megan Hansen says:

I don’t really feel like I’ve progressed at all. I’m definitely noticing that I’m ALWAYS really sore and that my kids seem a little lighter which is nice. I can hold them longer than before!!! So I guess that is some progress LOL

    • Crystal says:

Slow progress is still progress you know. ;-) This is the same boat that I’m in right now. I keep reminding myself that as I long as I keep at it, then I’ll get there!! And so will you. =)

  10. Lissa says:

I’ve been doing pretty terrible. I was going to buy one of those stretchy band things, but then bought some of that nicotine gum instead. Sooo trying to quit for good here. I’m about to go to The Biggest Loser Resort in Utah for a week. At least that will help make up for my lack of working on your challenge. A little bit.

    • Crystal says:

Heck we all start somewhere! And quitting smoking is HAAAAAARD! I have no persoanl experience, but I can’t seem to even quit Big Macs, so I feel like I have some empathy. ;-) And you’re going to the BL Resort? That’s freaking awesome! You’ll have to come back and tell us all about it. We can do a post! I’ve always wondered what the experience is like!

  11. I have been working on my arms at least 3, sometimes 5 days a week! My pushups are getting better, and my arms are feeling stronger!

  12. my website is wrong! weird!

  13. I haven’t been doing so great with a schedule of working out my arms, but I can still tell a small difference! I feel a little bit stronger each time! :)
